First of all we thank you for purchasing direct from The Foundry through Foundryshop. This is especially important in today's music environment and is the best way to support the work that Foundry artists produce. In some cases it is possible for artists to autograph their releases (at no extra charge) upon request.
PAYMENT
We accept payment through PayPal, by either credit card or balance transfer, and via cash or money orders in US$. Recently PayPal made it possible to use their services for credit card payment without having to become a PayPal member, so we suggest using this service if you are uncomfortable with becoming a PayPal member. We will likely add other options in the future, but we feel these are good tools for many shoppers.
For those paying via post (for mailing address see below), please use our printable order form and make money orders payable to The Foundry. If you do send cash please use caution... remember that cash is sent at your own risk.
SHIPPING/INSURANCE
We process orders as quickly as possible, and ship within 5 days of receipt, usually sooner. Orders paid by cash or money order will be held until payment arrives. We use the United States Postal Service for all shipping, please choose the service you desire from the selections in our checkout sequence. If you cannot receive USPS service please contact us for other arrangements.
Insurance can be added for $1 per $50 or merchandise.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are billed at the time of the order, and shipped as soon as the preordered items are available. Orders containing pre-release (pre-ordered) items will be held until the pre-orders arrive. If you would like to receive in-stock items immediately, please order them separately.
RETURNS
Defective CDs will be exchanged. If there is a problem with your order, or you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us directly.
